TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP AT SACRED HEART SCHOOL on 09.03.2022
Educating young minds is a great responsibility. The people who take this responsibility are no ordinary professionals. They must be at their best to impart the best values and skill sets to the future global citizens.
Every individual professional, irrespective of their educational qualification and experience will stop being meaningful contributors to their organization without a zeal for learning, unlearning and relearning.
We saw in the management and teaching faculty of Sacred Heart School, Matigara, that enthusiasm to evolve and grow in spite of their magnificent present. The Management of SHS, Matigara expressed their interest in allowing us to plan a workshop for the mentors on Team Building and Motivation for the new session. Their decision to provide their team with opportunities of self and professional development shows their progressive mindset.
We are thankful to the Director of SHS, Mr. Anil Gupta for his kindness and this wonderful opportunity and Mrs. Gupta for her encouragement, warmth and above all for being the beautiful human being that she is.
