The world needs great leaders in every age and in every situation. Good leaders will create more leaders among his/her people. On the other hand, unskilled leaders will cause more conflicts and chaos.
A good leader must be self aware, a good decision maker, a good manager of time, a good manager of conflicts, a great communicator and much more. Our schools are preparing young leaders through various activities.
Sacred Heart School, Siliguri gave us the opportunity to organize a workshop for the students of class-XI and XII to hone leadership qualities among the students. The participating students were enthusiastic, inquisitive and keen learners. All of them reflected great leadership traits that they were ready to work on further.
